Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page in one click — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then. Deleting your account also cancels at period end, but your access ends when the account is deleted.
Which files can Pro scan?
Text-based PDF, TXT and Markdown documents, plus .eml emails. Maximum 10 MB and 20,000 extracted characters per file. Email attachments and image-only PDFs are not analysed.
Are deep scam checks live reputation checks?
No. They examine supplied message text, email headers and URL patterns, and offer independent verification steps. Results are signals, not proof of a scam or of safety.
What counts as a scan?
Any single submission: a block of text, one image, one URL, one video, or one audio clip.
Is my content stored?
Scan content is sent for processing. The dashboard saves scan categories and score summaries, not inputs or full reports. Local detector history keeps up to 50 results and short labels. See our Privacy Policy for provider processing and deletion details.
