We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Veridex for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and follow their refund process, or contact our support team through the app and we will direct you to the appropriate channels.

Refund eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within the 30-day window.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and bank.

After the 30-day period

Refund requests made after the 30-day window will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that fall outside the guarantee period, but we aim to be fair and reasonable in all cases.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that date. No partial refunds are provided for cancellations mid-billing cycle.
